Masala Crackers

By Harini
Masala crackersKeeping a batch of good home made snacks is always welcome at my home.I love experimenting different kind of snacks and if it is a baked good I am more than happy to make it.I just love my oven, not that all my baking episodes are a success though,I just love to keep trying. But then there are recipes that even a novice in baking can also make and succeed, for me simple cookies fall under that category, there may be cookies that are complicated and calls for a certain amount of baking skill, but sure there are recipes as simple as just knead, shape, bake n succeed :). These masala crakers fall under that category.I saw these in Sharmi's passion and was intrigued to try immediately. I tried it with few changes in ingredients and we had a wonderful snack with coffee,in fact the whole batch lasted only one day,I am looking forward to make it again now :)Try out n lemme know :)
