UK producer and Grammy award winning Mark Ronson, unveiled his lead single ‘Uptown Funk’ from his highly anticipated fourth studio album.
Co-written and featuring Bruno Mars, ‘Uptown Funk’ is on course to storm the charts with its old school vibes, classic funk, groovy bass line and Ronson’s trademark horns. Mix that with some playful lyrics and a thoroughly infectious hook and you’ve got a sure fire hit! ‘Uptown Funk’ serves as Ronson’s first single since 2012’s Olympic sponsored song ‘Anywhere In The World’ ft Katy B. As one of the hardest working producers around, Ronson revealed he’s been working on his forthcoming album ‘Uptown Special’ for the past 18 months and includes a whole host of special guests.
While ‘Uptown Special’ is set for release January 19th, expect ‘Uptown Funk’ to be top of the charts for quite some time. One more time: “Uptown Funk you up, Uptown Funk you up!”
