Once the UCAS event-held in Manchester on Monday-was finished we were able to go to visit the museum, but were given three hours to look around it. And though I love a good old museum, this one didn't particularly take our fancy. While most of our class mates wandered off to the shops, my closest friends and I decided to head down to the Christmas market they have. I could have passed out from how cute and charming it was, of course if we had more time I think we all would have been there for hours, we didn't notice it went on down another street as well. I totally recommend you go, even if you have no intention of buying anything I would just go for the festive ambiance, it definitely got me in a Christmas mood. I have no doubt that this isn't the only Christmas market we shall go to this year, we've all made arrangements to visit Sheffield {which is just a fifteen minute bus ride from our town} and also Leeds, I'm quite excited for the feeling of Christmas this year. Also, if you head down Manchester you may find Mark Wright and a friend of his sat on a church wall like we did...
