This is a classic consequence of Female Rule. Males believe in the legal principles of unemotional fairness and equality under logic and reason. It is due to this that we have concepts like innocent until proven guilty. Women don’t believe in things like that. They don’t believe in unemotional fairness and equality under the law via logic and reason. They believe in lawmaking by emotion, not reason, “if it hurts my feelings, it should be illegal” and “you remedy an unfair situation with more unfairness.”
So of course females put in rules like “guilty until proven innocent” because that’s how the female mind works. You’re always guilty until you convince some woman you’re actually innocent. The female victim is always right because women are always right (Ever had an argument with a woman?), and the burden of proof is not on her or her side to prove that she was even a victim in the first place. Special rules for lady victims. Turns out the poor darlings don’t have to prove a thing. The evil men have to prove they didn’t do it. Right out of Kafka.
If women had been in charge, none of the things we value in the West from the Magna Carta to English Civil Law to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to the French Revolution would ever have been put into law because on principle, women do not believe in fairness. They think the Universe is stacked against women, so women need to stack the legal deck against men to even be on a fair footing.
In the UK today, the presumption of innocence in rape trials for men accused of raping women is gone. Whereas it used to be that the prosecution had to prove that the defendant was guilty of raping the victim, now the man has to prove that he didn’t commit the rape.
This is exactly what you would expect under Female Rule. When I say we in the West live under Matriarchy and Female Rule, it is laws and rules like these that I am talking about.
