malai ladoo or keasr malai ladoo recipe made with paneer or cottage cheese along with milk,sugar and saffron strands.

This recipe is so easy to make and you can make it with store bought paneer too.The outcome will be perfect one like homemade paneer.The recipe as same as sondesh recipe but here you have to make ladoos from them and the ingredients are similar to sondesh.I saw this recipe from chitra's foodbook and made it 2 years back for holi festival and reserved this post to try some other time and post it later with better pictures.

i had this recipe in draft for 2 years and i want recreate for good looking photography,but i have no time to make any quick recipe like this.After posting this recipe,i have to go and start packing everything for travel to hometown.So i searched my folders if any sweets left.I had this for quick posting and also tried mohanthal for the blog,atleast a new one for blog for this festive season.

after seeing so many delicacies here and there,i really tempted to post some recipes for my blog too.So after a long time,pushing myself to blog some recipes here.Its really hard to return to regular blogging after a break,but really pushing myself into blogging.Will sure into regular blogging after diwali and will meet you all in November:)lets move on making this sweeet:)

sweet prepared with cottage cheese and saffron

Ingredients

  • paneer - 200 gm
  • sugar - as needed
  • condensed milk - as needed
  • milk - as needed
  • cardamom powder - as needed
  • saffron soaked in milk
  • ghee - as needed
Instructions
  1. crumble the paneer and blend it with a teaspoon of sugar until well blended.
  2. Add milk little by little and make a puree like consistency.
  3. Take this in a kadai and bring to heat.Keep on stirring and add saffron soaked milk to it and keep on stirring.
  4. Once it starts to leave the sides add cardamom powder and ghee to it and mix it well.
  5. Keep on stirring in low flame till comes like a dough.Switch off the flame once it comes like a dough.
  6. cool the mixture and knead the mixture again if it seems too dry with little milk.
  7. make balls and garnish it with saffron and pistachios and serve.
