Lately, I got myself a whole roll of streamers and thought it would be awesome to use it on my project. Without thinking what I should do with them yet, I just started to sew them to create ruffles. I have always enjoyed working with ruffles. They don't only look pretty on my project but they do give amazing textures too!
Once I was done with the sewing, I thought it would be fun to create background with the ruffles. I really love this patterned paper but I wanted it to look subtle. So I spread some gesso on it. I love how airy and light it looked. The ruffles matched perfectly well!
Next, I gathered all the pinkish looking ephemera die-cuts and layered all around the photo. Layering is a fast technique you can try whenever you want to create a fuller look to your project! And by adding white doilies all around the layout sure gives the classy look that I wanted to achieve.
Adding little pieces like puffy stickers, accent stickers will sure create the extra fun dimensions throughout your project!
To have and to hold my second daughter surely made my dreams came true! She's such a blessing to our family. She completes us! <3 p="">
I hope you are inspired to create this week! Have a great crafty week! Xoxo Jessy
