Mac Up The Amp

Hey guys! Today I have a Mac lippy for you, that I only got today. I won a giveaway on the lovely Annie's blog, Epiphannie A, where I got to pick two lipsticks of my choice.The two lipsticks I chose were Up The Amp and Girl About Town, they are both amplified creme finishes. I thought because I adore purple lips, I'd show Up The Amp today! With most amplified creme finishes it feels so soft on the lips. It adds a gorgeous creme looking finish, and looks beautiful on the lips.
The lipstick itself is super pigmented, and slides on so easily and looks perfect on the lips. As a purple it isn't too overpowering, and out there, but a gorgeous everyday color for me I'd say.I'm super pale and so I would definitely say it suits pale skin, but I can also see it on a darker complexion too.I have a feeling I've found my new favorite Mac lipstick, and favorite purple too! Sorry lots of picture, but I really wanted to show it off!I know the next purple I want from Mac is Heroine, when it is re-released in the Fashion Set.
