I'm slowly becoming a Mac addict, and I have quite a few of their lipsticks now. However, I've found they aren't the only amazing products from them. For a while now I've really wanted to try their Paint Pots, but I've been reluctant forking out the £14.50 when I can get beautiful Maybelline Colour Tattoos for £4.99 and under. However, the shade I've wanted for so long is Bare Study. Bare Study is a beautiful Champagne colour with subtle shimmers, there is a Maybelline Colour Tattoo dupe (I believe) but it is only available in the US :(. I thought why not, I only live once and I work hard for the money I have so I treated myself. Let me just say, I'm so glad I did! The formula is so soft and creamy, you literally just have to run your finger against it to get some product on. It is beautifully pigmented, and I've just been using my fingers to apply it to my lids. I apply a nice amount, let it dry and add a little more. I have found that when I apply it to my lid, it can get patchy if I apply more to it before letting it dry. However, this is easily solved by leaving a few seconds before applying more to it.I find that it looks absolutely stunning on it's own for a more of a barely there make up look. It can give a lovely more natural look, that is perfect for a day look. It is, also, perfect as a base to really accentuate a color on top. It lasts a good 8 hours without creasing on me, please note I have normal-dry skin so it may last differently on other people.Overall, as you can see from yesterday's picks, it has been a favorite this week and I really think it's going to be my everyday staple piece.I really want to pick up either some more of the Mac Paint Pots or Benefits Creaseless Cream Shadows. Which would you suggest?Natalie Roseanne <3
