The Luke Collagen Hydrogel eye patch comes in a green plastic pouch. It has two white crescent shaped patch inside it which are stuck on a plastic liner. One each for both eyes. The crescent shaped patches are green tinted in color.
The patches uses a trans dermal delivery system to release the nutrients from the dry foamy patch to the skin. The scent is quite pleasant and the under eye area feels pretty cooling and a bit brightened post use. The area under the eyes looked a bit moisturized and relaxed. It is a easy and fun way to deal with stressed eyes. No mess nothing and you can easily carry them while traveling and use whenever needed.
