Yeah baby, that’s a picture of me with our spanking new Atlantis card (good until Monday). All thanks to the lovely staff at Bay Street Marina who scored the puppy for us off of a mega yacht. After nap time or should I say non nap time because there was no sleeping going on we took our dingy over and parked next to the mega yachts – also saving a cab ride over. The walk to find the kiddie pool was murderous. Wags walks at snails pace and it was 85 degrees. I told little wags that if I got butt sweat that I was not going to be happy with her.
We made it too the kiddie pool and both girls were too scared to head down the slides. Carl ended up pushing Pri down one and after that there was no turning back. As for Wags she stuck by me, even peed down the side of me just to let me know how safe I make her feel. She could have sat in the water and peed like all the other kids. Pri made a friend there the same age as her and had a hoot. The little girl later told her mom that Pri kept pushing her down the slides. Pri said “ I was teaching her how to slide”, well she gets that from her dad. We don’t teach we just push – it’s quicker that way. We had a great afternoon, no whining, no screaming and no constantly asking me for a snack. Fabulous. We’ll be heading back there for the next three days, milk it for all its worth.
