Low Fat Potato Salad

Just came across this recipe and thought I would share it.
Ingredients
3 lbs red potatoes ( cooked until soft but firm, peeled and cubed)
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 bunch of celery, diced
1 cup of shredded carrots
2 cups of Kraft Fat Free peppercorn ranch
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients, add dressing, mix by hand to evenly coat. Top with cheese. Enjoy!!!

Cook Time: 30 Min
Total Time: 50 Min
