I was recently asked if I would like to review an item from the Love Christmas website. Now, you may have guessed from a few of my previous posts that I am a big Christmas fan so I jumped at the chance to work with them!
I had a good look around their website and was really impressed with the amount of Christmas decorations and items available. The website is really easy to navigate to find what you are looking for and the items are split down into very easy to find sections.
The items that really took my attention (and Little Mr A’s as he was sat looking over my shoulder!) were the animal decorations and singing Christmas toys. However, whilst looking at the toy section there was an item that really stood out for me and I knew Little Miss A would love it. A hobby unicorn. I thought it looked really different from the hobby horses that you can buy in the shops and thought it would look really nice in her room until she is old enough to use it properly.
After an unfortunate problem with the first delivery, I am pleased to say the customer service I received has been excellent and the problem was soon sorted and the hobby unicorn arrived.
It was packaged really well and looked just like it did on the website. The quality is good and I was pleased that the stick was wooden rather than plastic like a lot of the cheaper ones you buy in the shops. I’ve always found the plastic ones break very quickly and then the hobby horse is useless! As well as being wooden, there is also a wheel at the bottom which makes it much easier to use.
The unicorn part is good quality, very soft and looks very cute. There is also a button to press which makes horse unicorn noises for around 30 seconds. It can be stopped by pressing the button again if you don’t want to listen to it all!
Overall I am really impressed with the choice, price and quality of the items on the Love Christmas website and I would highly recommend you check it out if you are looking for decorations/gifts for Christmas.
