But i have noticed it only seems to be when I am wearing flats? I could be wearing my trusty chelsea boots or my new favorite plimsoles - This all started when I couldn't be bothered to check the length of the trousers; I am your average 32" leg but now and again manufacturers like to throw you off guard and give you a completely different length to what it is labelled, It's a game I just don't have the time for. So I just buy whatever is available, It's just easier to roll them up. I also quite like the idea that it makes your outfit look a little more interesting, by showing that you have put effort into making your trousers into ankle grazers adds to the importance that was going around your head when you were psychologically styling up this look.
