A little while ago Little Mr A was sent a new camera and set a challenge to ‘capture the colour’. He has had a great time taking his camera out and about with him and has taken some great photographs of all sorts of things; his family, scenery and of course, his Skylanders.
Here are Little Mr A’s entries into the Capture the Colour competition run by Travel Supermarket…
Blue
On bank holiday Monday at the end of August, the weather was lovely so we took advantage of this and headed for a walk along the seafront at Hornsea. Little Mr A stopped along the way to take this photograph of the beautiful blue sky and sea…
Green
When Little Mr A started back at school after the summer holidays he asked if he could take his camera with him on the walk to school to take some more pictures. For his green photo, I have picked this picture of a tree he took on our school run…
Yellow
Over the summer Little Mr A has been growing sunflowers. It seemed appropriate that his yellow photo should be of his best sunflower…
White
We struggled a bit with a white photo. Other than pictures of Little Mr A’s white, pale and pasty legs, this was the only other photograph on the camera that was white. It was taken on a drive out, I think to Beverley. Little Mr A loves taking photos in the car and he decided to take one of this white house as we drove past…
Red
For his red photograph I thought we had to include a Skylander! When Little Mr A first received his camera he spent ages taking photos of all of his Skylanders one after the other. Here is one of them (don’t ask me his name, Fireball Barry?!)…
So those are Little Mr A’s photographs to enter into the Kids Capture the Colour competition. Even if he doesn’t win he has had great fun taking photographs and I am hoping it continues to be a passion. I couldn’t finish the post without sharing a few of his best photos…
