We were recently sent some new juice drinks to try out – Little Crackers, made by The Cracker Drinks Co.  There are two new juice blends to try, Blackcurrant & Cherry and Pear & Vanilla, both featuring a playful ‘Fruithead’ character.

The juices have no added sugar or sweeteners and each carton counts as one of a child’s five a day containing 75% pure juice with a little splash of water.

The juices come in packs of three 200ml cartons, each with it’s own straw.  They are available to purchase in Sainsburys priced at £1.99 for three.

What did we think?

I knew that the Blackcurrant and Cherry would go down well as we like fruity drinks and weren’t disappointed.  The juice was very tasty and refreshing and Little Mr A said it was delicious.

I wasn’t so sure about the Pear and Vanilla, however, we were pleasantly surprised.  Again, it was very tasty and refreshing and was not too strong with vanilla.  Little Mr A really enjoyed this flavour too.

Little Mr A really enjoyed looking at the characters and reading all of the information on the cartons too.

He has been having the drinks in his lunchbox too.

At £1.99 for three I do think they are more expensive than the drinks I would usually buy for Little Mr A’s lunchbox, however, I would certainly buy these as a treat or if we were going on a picnic as they are a perfect size and tasty for the whole family.
