Light, White Bean Dip

I'm going to book group tonight and I offered to make a dish or request, I made my bean dip, a delicious blend of cannelini beans, lemon juice and parsley that is always a hit.  Serve it with toasted pita basted with olive oil, kosher salt and rosemary, with some olives on the side!
