To celebrate, and rather and a two hours session, we had a great model for the whole afternoon. It was a great practice, and a great time studying tonal approach with charcoal.

As the poses were longer, the model had to adopt more natural positions... quietly reading...
or resting...
I'll do a bit more figure drawing this summer (practicing for the next portrait term!!) - but if the weather is keeping on, I'll probably move to landscape or outdoor subjects.
It's summer after all!
