Libra Rising – January 2013
For you with Libra rising, the New Year begins on a domestic and family note with your Sun and Mercury moving quietly through you 4th house. This is a time of sorting things out at home and not venturing out so often, so quiet nights in and cuddling up on the sofa with the one you love may be order of the day for the first couple of weeks. Mercury's early trine to Jupiter is expansive and possibly fortunate in a financial sense and it's sextile to Saturn brings you a chance to organize your finances with your partner. Mars is passing through your 5th house in January, so you will now feel particularly creative and competitive. This is time when you will enjoy sports and games, being artistic and testing yourself to the full. This is the house of love and affairs, so you may have a stronger attraction to lovemaking and sex than is normally the case and children in your life will be highlighted here too. On 7th Mars makes a square to Saturn, so someone may put a barrier in your way stopping you from doing what you want to do.
Venus, Libra's ruler is moving in your 3rd house, the sector of your chart tied to local issues, neighbours and brothers and sisters. In truth, these parts of your life should be quite settled now and relations with these people should be going well.
