You may have noticed that sports and active wear is rapidly becoming a hot trend with lots of brands bringing out their own ranges which is great news for those of us looking to get in shape. I think a lot of the sportswear being released is really wearable for everyday which makes me think I may end up swapping my black jeans for compression leggings on a regular basis. There seems to a be a running theme (excuse the pun) of workout clothing that could easily be incorporated into your wardrobe. Here are a few things I have been coveting over:
1. Jogha- this brand is where it's at when it comes to luxury sportswear. All their designs are strong in technical performance and definitely don't compromise on style. We all feel more confident when we're happy with what we're wearing so why should the gym or a workout be an exception. In the words of Jogha, discover your badass within. I particularly love these IKAT Long Tights which come in a range of 7 designs.
2. Nike - of course I couldn't do a fitness round up without including Nike. There's lots on offer for both men and women for a wide range of activities including indoor, outdoor and extreme sports. I've recently bought some new running trainers and went for the FlyKnit Lunar2 which are another item I'm sure I won't be taking off. I've picked out the Nike Dri-FIT Wool Running Hoody which would keep me warm and dry during evening runs. I also love the Nike Pro 7.5cm Mezzo Waistband training shorts and can't wait to go on evening runs along the beach in the summer.
3. GapFit - I always find myself turning to GAP when I am in need of a wardrobe revamp. I love the simplicity of their designs which are always high in quality but don't break the bank (they always have great sales!). The new additions to their GapFit range do not disappoint. I have picked the GapFit Stripe Jersey Pullover which I'm certain will be incredibly soft and comfortable. To match this I really love the GapFit gFast Cufffed Leggings as there is nothing worse when your running than your leggings rising and irritating the back of your legs.
