Looking for Lenten inspiration? Each Monday until Easter I will post three recycled recipes that are perfect to eat during Lent.
I feel like I am running a marathon. This Lenten season started out with such hope and promise. What did I give up you ask?

I am now kind of treading water trying to keep ahead of everything. I really miss my diet coke, but I am persevering.
Thank goodness for this link up with all my Catholic blogger friends, it could be a lot worse. If I need some support I just reach out and it is done.
My friend Beth Anne over at Beth Anne’s Best is the brain child behind this awesome idea. So if you are a blogger and have a meatless meal you would like to share just add it to the link below. You can even do seafood if you like.
Today’s host is Rita over at Catholic Review. She has a few awesome recipes to share so if you get a chance head over and say hello.
I have a few old recipes I want to share with you today. I know it is Monday, not Friday, but I figure you may want to spend the rest of the week getting the ingredients together for one of these Lenten meals for your family. All you have to do is click on the links below.
