When you are trying to achieve your fitness goals, persistence is key to a positive end result. - If they have a smartphone, downloading an app that helps to keep them on track or turns their workout into more of a game.
- Finding a workout buddy to both encourage and make getting fit more fun.
- Setting small personal goals within their larger goal, and allowing themselves small personal rewards along the way.
After incorporating little bits of fun into your desired workout, you will soon realize that what may have once seemed like a chore, will now be something that you look forward to participating in every day!
