While I was in Africafor 2 yrs I have been smitten by the prints and patterns on apparel of the locals and also some of their styles. I was particularly taken by their flowy skirts and prints to be honest. Though most of their Clothes are imported, they have a distinct (for me atleast which is so non-indian) selection too. So oneday I did walk myself into a local boutique and was instantly drawn to this skirt in particular. This skirt is still not a perfect fit for my waist and I need a good tailor to re-size this for me but I couldn’t keep myself away from trying it the other day. I love the taupish gray leaf print over the black and the way this feels flowy without being too flimsy or light. The fabric is infact a bit heavy so it just gives a perfect fall all over. Am particularly looking for a bright or neony belt to re-do this style again sometime soon. But for now, here’s how I paired this leaf print skirt with a bright lemon yellow lace edge top. And to add a little more pop of color I wore my Red color Wedges I bought recently on Jabong.Well, here’s the pics of the outfit ::
