For the toppings, you can choose whatever you like. For this pizza, we had the following available:
1. Olives
2. Green bell pepper
3. Ham
4. Cheese
A pinch of salt to taste

First, get a clean bowl, your measuring cups, and a sieve. Measure one cupful of all purpose flour. Sift the flour through the sieve to get rid of any lumps.

Next, scoop one leveled teaspoon of baking powder. You can actually skip this step if you are using baking flour, but since I have got all-purpose flour on hand, I am making "improvised" baking flour by adding one teaspoon of baking powder to one cup of flour :) Just mix the baking powder until well incorporated. Also, add a pinch of salt :)

Next, add a cup of yogurt. I found that a "cup" of store-bought yogurt isn't really a "cup," so use the measuring cup you used for your flour. I used about 1-1/2 "cups" of yogurt to make one cupful on the measuring cup.

Just mix all three ingredients until homogeneously combined. The yogurt must be fully absorbed by the flour before you can knead it, so just mix, mix, mix until there is no dry flour.

Next, put some flour on you counter top or chopping board then place your flour-powpder-yogurt mixture and start kneading. Stop kneading when the dough is smooth.

For this recipe, I made two thin-crust doughs about 10 inches long and 5 inches wide. Just roll the dough to the size and shape you want. I made mine oblong because I am going to cook this in an oven toaster. The dough was about quarter of an inch thick. After rolling and forming your dough, let it rest for a bit while we prepare the toppings.

Now, get your tray and spread or spray some oil then place your pizza dough. Add some ready-made pizza sauce on top of your dough and coat it evenly.

Next, get your chopped and sliced ingredients. You can place other toppings like chicken, tomato, pepperoni, basil, et cetera. I am using ham, bell pepper, and olives for this recipe because those are want we have on hand. Leftover meat would also be great for this recipe, just be creative.

Now, cover all those toppings with loads and loads of cheese of your choice. Mozzarella and quick-melt cheese would be great choices.

Okay, so now, all we need to do is cook our pizza. Since I'm using an oven toaster which basically has no control for temperature, I cranked it up to the highest possible time, which is 15 minutes, then placed my pizza and covered it with aluminum foil. This way, even though the temperature is so high, the top would not burn easily. I also checked it from time to time to see if the dough is cooked. Once cooked, remove the aluminum foil to brown the top of your pizza to give it some character ;) This would also make your crust crunchier.

Here's what my pizza looked like after. Yummy, quick, and easy to make. Why but store-bought pizza doughs when you can make it on your own? No preservatives and no additives. Fresh and not frozen :) No need to wait for the dough to rise, perfect for impatient pizza lovers like myself. I love how the dough absorbed the sauce perfectly, not soggy or mushy. The dough was crunchy, chewy, and super tasty :)
