I am now in the third week of my 90 Day Challenge. I am feeling better and looking better. I have lost an additional two pounds this week and I am so energized. I can’t believe I am even thinking this, but I can’t wait to take my next “fat butt photo” and put it up next to my day 1 photo. I am slowly losing fat and gaining muscle all over my body. It has now been 21 days of clean yummy foods and lots of exercise.
Roasted veggies and broiled seafood
This week I downloaded a program to learn how to run. I never in my life thought I would ever want to run, but if I can stick to this 90 Day Challenge, I can learn how to run and eventually sign up to do a 5k. That is my goal after this 90 days is up, to participate in a 5k and actually run it. I can walk on the treadmill all day, but the thought of running makes me want to crawl under the bed and hide.
Getting my fitness on. Super focused
I am actually also really close to losing my first 10 pounds, so that means I am so close to being able to make my “Project 1o” video. Ken has been recording me all week, which I hate, but I am sure it will feel great when I hit my mark and can get my first Project 10 video out there and have a chance at that $1000 prize! I am really happy with how this 90 Day Challenge is treating me and my body. I am starting to feel like I can conquer anything I set my mind to. Look out world, I am OnTheRoadToFit
and I’m taking everyone down (in pounds) with me.Who’s walking who here
