For us,holy month Margazhi started according to Tamil calendar, where we do prayers with Songs from Thiruppavai and Thiruvembavai for both Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva respectively. In our home,we follow Thiruppavai songs along with Thiruppaliyeluchi and Thirupallandu(these are songs for Lord Vishnu). We put rangoli ,really big ones for all these 30 days, those are really lovely days☺,really missing that here but woke up early helps a lot.We call it as Brahma, muhurtham, where time is between 4 to 6 am.Wake up early, take a bath,,light diyas and place diyas in the entrance,do prayers and as usual daily routine, these are the things to follow in this particular month. Will sharing some more details in following posts.stay tuned:)
Coming to the recipe, this is so similar to the usual paneer tikka masala, for exceptional i added fresh green peas instead capsicum and onions. The green peas really pop up the dish and leaves a sweet taste with spicy masala. As i already mentioned i just posting how to make the tikka masala here along with garlicky paneer tikka.Winter really needs a spicy sides for breakfast or dinner,so making more peppery kuzhambu varieties or spicy gravies nowadays.cookbooks really helps a lot these times to experiment with both the flavors and ingredients.lets move on making the recipe.,
