This radiant lip color lasts for hours, has the look of a brilliant gloss but delivers the comfort and soothing qualities of a balm. This was one of the things that my hubby bequeathed me with on my birthday. Although not autumn/winter appropriate, the color is breathtakingly beautiful and so is its name - Rose Boudoir.
The shade is a neon-esq pink coral. It has blue undertones and creamy texture. The lip color easily stays upto 4-5 hrs not six as it claims to, but its good enough for me. Infact, considering its ultra creamy texture, I did not, for a second, believe it would last any longer than 2hrs.The lipstick moisturises the lips well enough and you do not require a lip balm underneath. The pigmentation is very high. The shade number is 340 - B (B = Boudoir). Infact, this very shade is marked as "bestselling" on the Lancome website.
Do pardon my un-exfoliated lips and the freaky second pic. Like most lipsticks, this works great if lips have been exfoliated prior to application.
I am very happy with this product. It is absolutely lovely! This one is definitely going to be my summer spring favorite. As a matter of fact, it makes a pretty morning/day time wear in winters too!!
