The package: I don't understand why I'm writing this particular section. I know everyone has this lipstick and the package is so boring. It is a sturdy magenta/maroon/deep plum plastic bullet with a golden rim and the shade number written at the bottom.
The Shade and My Experience:This particular shade is from the red family the lakme has created a while ago. It is a bright red shade not neon though.It falls more into the tomato red than to the normal RED.
The best thing about this lipstick shade is it instantly brightens up my face. This shade is not a gaudy one which screams for attention but a muted red.
I was taken aback with the strong smell it possess(okay, I hated it).The lipstick is creamy and just glides on the lips.The creamy consistency of this lipstick makes it bleed badly. You may have to use a lip liner or a concealer around the lips.
It doesn't have long staying power. It stays on for not more than 3 hours. But once it's gone, it leaves a beautiful tint on lips which I looved.
For work, I wear this lipstick,wipe it off. Apply a lipbalm and tadaa..looks super nice.

Well, I know many of you love these lipsticks but..do give this shade a try. This is just amazing shade to skip/ignore.
