The black plastic packaging is quite sturdy and doesn’t feel flimsy. The front and back of the pencil contains a colored wand to indicate the shade of the liner. TextureThe Lakme Eye Artist Liner Brown has fairly smooth and creamy texture. It glides almost like a gel and the tip tends to break if you apply much pressure or twist up too much. Because of the buttery texture it doesn’t tug or pull the eyes. The wear is absolutely flawless; it doesn’t transfer to my socket line and doesn’t fade. It is safe to be used on the waterline because I have extremely watery and sensitive eyes but I didn’t experience any sort of irritation. Once set this is totally smudge proof and waterproof and withstand vigorous rubbing!

Overall VerdictLakme Precision Eye Artist Liner Brown is a gorgeous jewel toned brown retractable eye pencil which has fairly creamy texture and does not tug. It did not sting my waterline. The color will flatter all complexion and shows up easily on dark lids as well. The price may be a bit higher but barring that it scores well on all aspects.
