Whatever the season is, I love a good dose of pink on my lips. It gives a fresh and vibrant look to the face. So I often try to hoard up pink lipsticks from different brands just for the pure pleasure of having a choice. And lately I have am loving Matte lipsticks as they tend to stay longer. Though Matte lipsticks often tend to leave the lips dry, settle in fine lines and also accentuate the chapped lips; a good scrub followed by a lipbalm often solved the problem for me. However, some Matte lipsticks don’t do all that and one such is the Lakme Absolute Matte Lipstick.

What I Love -

• An intense pink color that suits any skin tone
• Creamy matte formula glides smoothly over lips and doesn't settle in fine lines
• Stays put for upto 4-5 hrs (even with food intervals)
• Rich color and matte formula suits even the pigmented lips
• Has Flawless finish

It does faintly stain lips for a while but then it's not something you or I should be worried about. This particular pink reminds me of the Spring/Summer Color but I can't wait to experiment with dark colors in the coming weeks.
That said, a must buy color if you love pinks.
