Hey Loves!
So basically I've been living in my motorcycle jacket. It's the one thing I grab every morning when I'm running out the door. It goes with everything and anything and I always feel badass when wearing it. Since winter is rearing it's gloomy and cold head around the corner, I'm trying to get as much use as possible out of my favorite fall accessory. There are so many fall trends wrapped into this post BUT don't you worry your pretty little face, we will get through all of them.
Moving on...................
We have already discussed my leather jacket so lets move on to my flats. I've been eyeing up a pair of (very expensive) lace up flats for months. I told myself I would "treat myself" to them. The week I was planning on buying them, I went into Old Navy. While I was shopping, I found ONE lonely pair of lace up flats calling my name. The joy I felt is what I imagine mothers feel when their child says their first words (maybe I'm giving my excitement too much credit). Nonetheless, I was SO happy and couldn't wait to wear them. I paired them with my softest pair of denim which is made out of recycled coffee beans. Yes, coffee beans. Crazy right? I fell in love with the color and then the whole idea of the coffee beans.
Last but not least, my favorite fall trend of all- the cowl neck sweater. I hate turtlenecks. I feel they're trying to suck the life out of me when I wear them. BUT the cowl neck is a sweet alternative to the high neck sweater look. What I love about a cowl neck is that it doesn't confine you (like a turtle neck) but it gives you the same warmth.
Sheeeesh, it's been a long time since I rambled on. Sorry about that, I must have missed you guys!
Check out my latest look.
