Texture & PigmentationIt's a hybrid between a liquid lipstick, lip balm, and a lip gloss - Pigmentation of a liquid lipstick, a hydrating formula like a lip balm, and the high gloss shine like a regular lip gloss. It's sort of like wearing a thick lip balm. The oil-based formula is packed with pigment, so it feels super moisturizing but also delivers great color. I found the application to be quite easy because the soft, leaf-shaped applicator can be used to precisely line lips while the wide side fills them in quickly. The texture is so silky and smooth and stayed on nicely without smudging or bleeding with wear. I found these glosses really easy-to-wear; they’re super creamy and definitely made my lips feel soft!

Staying EfficacyThe shine does fade the longer you wear it. Nude Ballet got about three hours of wear without eating or drinking, while I got about four hours of wear time from the Fuchsia Orchestra without eating or drinking. The color does transfer to cups and eating/drinking will decrease wear time significantly. In addition, I only experienced slight staining from the darker shades. The formula has a strong perfume-y fruity floral taste and smell but I personally don't mind it. If you're someone who is sensitive to fragrance then you might not like these.

106 Fuchsia OrchestraA vivid magenta with a creamy finish. I was expecting this color to be patchy but was seriously surprised at how even it applied to the lips. If you want a less intense look, then dab it on with a finger and blend. I'm loving color in the spring and summer!
