Kji & Co Lip Staysss...Soft, Smooth & Pink Review

By Leicarballo @leicarballo
Not sure what's up with lip balms and lip stains lately. But it seems most of the new products I've been receiving and getting are lip products! Haha
Anyway, for today, I'll be sharing with you my thoughts on Kji & Co's Lip Stayss lip balm. Looking at its name, the longevity of this product seems intriguing. I got thisproduct from Glamourbox. It was actually part of their January Beauty Box but if you missed it then, it's available form their online boutique for only Php 410.00 for a full-size product (2g). Picture WHAT IT IS:
Lip Staysss semi-permanent lip balm doesn’t bleed, feather, or rub off – and the staying power is 50% greater than any other lipstick in town.
They last through drinks or greasy meals and even heal, hydrate and moisturise your lips at the same time. Made of 100% natural quick drying liquid, you will never feel you have it on.
It actually comes in 3 shades, Baby Pink, Dolly Blush and Seductress. Today, I'll be sharing with you my review on Seductress, the darkest shade of the 3. Picture
Picture THE PACKAGING:
The cylinder/carton it came with was truly eye-catching with its prints and all. However, the actual product packaging was a bit boring with solid fuschia and black. It could've been a lot nicer if it had the same print as the carton did. Picture THE PRODUCT:
I love that this product did not have a strong scent (like the Pixi Tink Tint I previously reviewed here did.) Although it was also a bit waxy, after a couple of minutes, the product will settle and look more natural on your lips. Picture THE SHADE
It's good that this product comes in 3 shades so you have the option of switching form one to the other shades. However, so far I have only tried "Seductress" and upon application it appears like the usual candy-colored lip tint on my lips. STAYING POWER
True to its name, this lip balm/tint truly staysss on the lips. I have naturally pale lips but even after 8 hours, my lips still had the hint of reddish/pink. Although the moisture this lip balm gave upon application has already dried out by the 4th hour. Picture
THE VERDICT: ♥♥♥♥♥
Overall, I think this product is really good. It delivers on its promise of staying on your lips. The only drawback for me is the lip dries up after a few hours. It's price however is much more affordable compared to the Pixi and Lioele lip products I previously reviewed and its a plus that it also has 3 shades available.
