While eating on time is important, eating healthy and nutritious is much more important for body and mind to function properly. And all this begins with a healthy breakfast everyday. Mornings are always busy in every household and hence there are high chances of one eating unhealthy breakfast. But with little planning ahead and with right ingredients, anyone can whip up a super healthy, nutritious and yet tasty breakfast. Healthy doesn’t always have to be boring food. With summer almost here, who wants a nashta that can make you put on weight? But Guptaji’s nashta is not at all like calorie rich junk food that can make you fat. Instead all the sweet nashta’s are super healthy and nutritious at same time.Think the energy bars(laddus) loaded with coconut, nuts and flakes. Its filling, it’s a quick answer to sweet tooth cravings and super delicious.­Spicy TreatAfter sweet comes the spicy. I love a bit of crunch and bit of spice to keep me active and full of energy. And what’s best than the Guptaji’s Chivda nashta. Super crunchy and super tasty, this is guilty free indulgence. Crunchy MunchI often feel lethargic because I over eat sometimes or the ingredients in the food are calorie rich and fully loaded with carbs. While it does keep me full it also makes me lazy. For such situations, crispy crunchy flakes and lettuce, and a good serving of this salad nashta is all one needs. Especially me, when I need to work extra hours and I need to feel comfortably full but not bloated.All this and many more of such recipes are made at guptaji’s place.
