I was surfing net and found this pretty dress of Jessica Lowndes. She attended the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards in Beverly Hills, California. She looked pretty wearing a neon green, black, and white sleeveless dress from the Diane von FurstenbergResort 2012 collection. I thought I should make nail art design inspired by her neon green dress.

So here we go -First, I dip my nails in neon green color. :)
Then with the help of nail art brush I made this with black, light grey and dark grey color.
