By Jjgn @TravAroundSpain
Just two hours from Madrid the Jerte Valley offers crystalline gorges, forests of oaks and chestnuts, traditional architecture and of course the great river Jerte with its crystal waters. The valley is particularly suitable for those who enjoy discovering for themselves the surprises of the landscape: wander through shady trails, wet the body in the water of a gorge….  Jerte Valley, Sakura season in Spain
