Sony has released the first (teaser) trailer for Sam Mendes adaptation of James Bond, Skyfall. This is the Oscar-winning directors first film since Away we Go. Mendes has worked with Daniel Craig before in the gangster movie, Road to Perdition. It should be interesting to see what a dramatic director brings to the 007 universe. Some of the questions have been answered with this first look of Skyfall. While the trailer doesn’t really set up a storyline, it showcases a look into some of locations James Bond will be visiting in his latest adventure.
Skyfall is set for a November 9th release (and European release on October 26). The film also features Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Berenice Malohe and Naomie Harris. Check out the new trailer and poster below:
