Oh, the books!
This is THE busiest time of year for me as a blogger. The Inspys Awards are in full swing at the moment for the Advisory Board. We are currently reading all of the books nominated so we can narrow down the selections to the shortlists by April 30th. Plus the other blogging and writing obligations I have makes for a busy, busy day. Good stuff though!
For this upcoming week I’ve tried to plan a more realistic week…….hahahaha!
Reading to Review
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I’m finishing this one up {hopefully tonight} so I can get my review ready to post Tuesday morning. I’ve read Night Road and Firefly Lane by Hannah and this one is by far, her best yet.
Blood Drenched Beard by Daniel Galera. My first translated read of 2015; this one set in Brazil. My goal is to read at least 12 translated works.
Audiobooks
Dreamers and Deceivers: True Stories of the Heroes and Villains Who Made America by Glenn Beck. Fascinating stuff!
The Martian by Andy Weir. I do believe I’m the last person on earth to read this one.
