If you had a glance at Sara’s post from last week, you know it’s been TOASTY here in SoCal. Saturday we hit record temps (102 at the beach? Oh yea) and for now, fall seems pretty far away. But I shouldn’t complain. Each year I tell myself to spend every waking hour of summer at the pool, walking the sands of Salt Creek and spending more time outdoors. I’ve definitely slacked off this time around – but here’s my chance to bring a little bit of summer with me as we inch slowly into fall! I love these yummy accessories from Island Company. I’ve been searching long and hard for the perfect head wrap for river trips (like the blue one above, which is actually a belt!) and any time I can sneak in a little nautical into my wardrobe, I’m a happy girl!
