The Commission on Election recently launched iRehistro, an online facility that is designed to ease the difficulties encountered by new and existing voters in processing their registrations to vote. iRehistro is currently available to accommodate voters within Metropolitan Manila area but there are plans to eventually implement it nationwide.
If you want to try this service [i know you really want to], you have options to Fill-up only or Fill-up and submit the registration form online. Whichever you choose, you still have to go to the COMELEC office to complete your registration process. Without your biometrics and signature, your online registration via iRehistro will be voided.
Here are the COMELEC forms and services currently available via iRehistro Portal.
