Low IQ people are mean and will cock off to you with the most insulting words. However, Koreans have a high IQ, and will do the same. What does IQ have to do with irrationality and rage?
It should be obvious that the more irrational and rage-prone a group of people are, one of the ways this might be reflected is in the crime rate. A group with high irrationality and easily set off rage should have a crime rate higher or much higher than a group that behaves more rationally and is calmer.
East Asians are the highest IQ race of all. Whites are in between. Blacks are the lowest of the three. Now look at the crime rates:

It should be quite clear that there is an obvious relationship between rage, irrationality, crime and IQ. As IQ declines, rage, irrationality and crime increases. As IQ rises, rage irrational behavior and criminality decrease accordingly.
If I could plot that data above on a graph, it would be nearly a linear relationship.
