I am a total online shopper. I rather shop in the comfort of my home than have to "fight" in these mean shopping streets. With that being said, I am always looking for new sites, where I can find things that are not your average. I mean, how many faux leather skirts can we see? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE things that are on trend. Sometimes, I would like to own something that isn't mass produced.
Today, I would like to introduce to you- InvertedEdge.com
As always, I was lucky enough to attend their press day. I met the lovely Debra Langley who is the CEO and chatted up with guest creative and fashion director, Joseph Quartana. I rushed into the city right after work and was utterly impressed-Not only with the 10 amazing looks they had on display but how welcoming Debra and Joseph was. I didn't know much about the site or company so I couldn't wait to hear what they were all about!
I stopped looking at all the amazing clothing to get a rundown of what Inverted Edge was about. So, here's what it is.
Inverted Edge, which is based out in Singapore is a new E-commernce site which brings you unique finds. The designers that are sold on this site are those that can work for the everyday, yet fashionable woman. And when I say "fashionable" I mean it. "We choose looks for the globally minded woman" says Debra and I couldn't agree more. These pieces are interchangeable and so wearable. I had so much fun dressing up their model. I loved so many pieces. Their site is very user friendly and clean which I discussed with Joseph and we both agree that it is very attracting to online shoppers. Who doesn't love a easy to navigate shopping site?
The site currently carries 35 different brands such as Karen Walker, Daydream Nation, Fleamadonna and Stylestalker just to name a few. If you are looking for a new site to test your fashion taste buds, it's definitely something you want to check out.
