One reason not to really trust the conventional wisdom about how Kavanaugh's confirmation will out play politically is because the conventional wisdom is overwhelmingly formulated by dudes. https://t.co/cUqI6Cw0nx

Unbelievable. A 30 point gender gap! I have never seen anything like that in my entire life. The New York Times has a story about individual races and a lot of them are showing ~20 point gender gaps. That right there is incredible.
Other findings for Congress race: 51-42 for Democrats Men 50-42 for Republicans Women 63-33 for Democrats Whites 48-42 for Republicans Non-Whites 69-27 for Democrats Trump approve 85-8 for Republicans Trump disapprove 89-6 for Democrats
That level of polarization is remarkable on a number of levels.
There’s a lot of anecdotal evidence from women reporting all over the country that both they and the women they know are absolutely hopping mad, stark raving furious over this Kavanaugh matter. I can’t say I blame them. Even an anti-feminist like me says, “You go, girls!”
