In the Floral Game

By Threadandbutter @threadandbutter
IN THE FLORAL GAMEAccompanied by the beautiful sunshine comes blushing gardens full of lovely flowers. I absolutely love flowers and feel that they can really add life into a room but I can't help feeling sad when the bloom starts to fade and they begin to droop. It's for this reason that I have started to press flowers as it is a really great way to keep the petals so you can appreciate them time and time again.

IN THE FLORAL GAMEI am currently trying out a few different methods, with some successes and as expected a few failures too. I have found that the brighter the flower, the better the result. Also start with blooms that are wide and flat as they are easier to press. I have tried to press the whole head of a flower but the results haven't been as impressive as single petals. I'm still learning at the moment but so far I have been really impressed with the results.
