Welcome to The Sewing Studio in NYC. I am going to forewarn everyone, this post is very picture heavy and not only is it picture heavy but you might leave here wanting to take a trip and visit this place.
A few Mondays ago, The Sewing Studio in NYC held an all blogger event. NYC area bloggers were able to attend this great event and leave with a finished project. When I was contacted about this, I KNEW I wanted to be there. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to learn how to sew. I grew up with a grandmother who made clothes, curtains for our house and so much more. So needless to say I have always wanted to learn how.
When arriving at The Sewing Studio, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was literally sewing blissfulness. After attacking the place with my camera, we were ready to get started!
We picked out two pieces of fabric for the clutch we were planning on making. Of course, I picked a denim fabric for the outside because I LOVE everything denim. A few minutes later, we learned the steps of sewing. Right then, I knew I fell in love.
That would be ME actually SEWING!

I had such an amazing time at the event. Since then, I have looked into taking a class or two and purchasing my OWN sewing machine. The Sewing Studio definitely made an impact on this little fashionista! I hope to you see you guys really soon.
