Hello friends, how did your last weekend go? I hope it was as good (if not better) as mine because my weekend was well spent with (blogger) friends, delicious food and fun fest. India's first hair serum (if I recall correctly!) LIVON invited bloggers to the launch of their new serum launch (more on that in another post) and the theme was pink and golden. I didn't want to spend too much but ended up shelling out Rs. 1100 on this pink purchase. Read ahead to know how -
Fuzzy Sweater in Pink From Sarojini Nagar - Rs. 200
Coincidentally, I was near Sarojini Nagar and decided to buy some pink color warm and fuzzy top that I could wear. If you don't know already, Sarojini Nagar is covered with these furry, big knits and the coolest jackets and coats ever these days. It may seem to you that I would have had a lot of options to choose from and I must have picked the best one. Nope, it isn't correct. I didn't have time, I entered and picked the one that I thought I looked good in the picture my husband took ( using his phone).
What I Don't Like and A Confession - I did not try anything but just measured in my mind and picked this cute thing which is one size small for me.
Pink Top With Lace Details from Lifestyle(Ginger) - Rs.850
One size small was a reason I hit the mall and found one decent pink top by brand Ginger in Lifestyle store. I knew I would put this top on without thinking much. I absolutely love the lace details on sides and sleeves, it gives a delicate and girly touch to this sweatshirt-style top. I won't call it a sweater but it kept me warm during the event while everybody complaint how cold they were getting because event was organized outdoors.What I Don't like: The material is very stretchy. One wear and it looks like I have worn it 10 times. Don't like it.
In the end, I'd say that I am not going to ditch this fuzzy sweater because I really want to own these in all colors. So, I am going to reduce weight and wear it some day (this winter!).
