I don't know what to call them - a hawker, seller or anything else because they don't have stores. They just hang the stuff on the walls and hangers. But the stuff is good (I intend to add more ooooos) where I shopped these sweaters from.
This place is near Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali. There are two guys with sweaters and other stuff, just like you'd find in Sarojini Nagar. But it takes less time to find what you need and most of the times you will find something what you like because they keep selected, clean fresh pieces. Plus these sweaters are warm!
Considering the sale season and possible 50% off deal that i could have availed in a store, I couldn't have saved as much as I did by not buying these in a mall/store.
I choose to thrift shop those items which I know are not being bought with an intention of dragging them from a season to another. They might choose to accompany in next season but they might not as well and I know if I bought same stuff from a brand they would cost me a bomb.
Four pieces I chose were - a fuchsia pink sweater with button details in back, a chunky knit in beige (my favorite), a color-block sweater in brown and aqua color with elbow patches and a cropped black jacket with shoulder and pocket details. All for Rs.150 each
