I Know That You Are for Me....

By Misslara16 @misslara

So, there I was sitting by myself feeling empty, low and disconnected. I figure I'm not empy and low, I am simply being drained a little at a time by the cares of this world, and now I feel like I dont have what it takes to be a giver, learner, teacher, in short all the things God has called me to be.
Enough of my personal drama, point is, we all feel this way at some point or another, we feel like we have left that place of spiritual comfort, where you feel in sync with God and his presence and small stupid issues start to rear ther heads in your life. The worst part is when guilt sets in...
I  just came out of that place and I tell you it was not easy but I kept my eyes on the author and finisher of my faith, I tried my best to keep my focus and ask God for a lot of help good thing is he answered me... I am, still in the process of recuperating but I trust that God is for me and he is for you.
When times like this come, be strong, do not let guilt rule your heart, keep your eyes on the price, and remember that we have help in the rock of our salvation. Even if you have made some choices and decisions and you feel your present state is a result of such, you cannot keep looking back and expect to move forward so keep the focus. Leave your mistakes behind, God is always ready to right your wrongs and make you whole again.
Be focused on God, be ready to do his will and ask for his help every step of the way and you will be alright. Always remember that our relationship with God is not based on feelings, its a relationship based on faith and trust, we build buy giving to his words and actually communicating our fears to him. If you dont feel it, close your eyes and believe, trust me he is right there with you.
