While all the shopping portals are raining huge discounts, it's our duty to see what can be made the best out of our Diwali shopping. So, I took an advantage of these raining sales and bought myself a dupe of a high-end Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick, at least this is what I think! I saw many actresses using a high-end makeup product ( Bobby Brown) to conceal as well as cover up the face for casual outings. I thought, so what, if Bobby Brown cannot be bought from my limited pocket, we can surely try some other affordable drugstore brand, so laid my hands on this makeup stick by Colorbar.
Texture and Application of Colorbar Full Makeup Stick
It's a concealer and can be used as a foundation, if your skin is free from major breakouts and is sans acne and pimple scars because it's NOT a highly pigmented product like full or medium coverage foundation, but, minor scars and teeny-tiny acne would be covered for sure.
Thankfully, I don not have too much of a problematic skin and does not need too much of correction or concealing.
It's a creamy stick and easily blendable, however, I'd recommend that you apply loads of moisturizer before applying this on the face which is also a good habit before applying any face makeup.
After applying the stick in dots on my face and then blending it with a beauty blender, it becomes my second skin. It means that it doesn't make me look cakey which makes it just perfect for daytime light makeup. On top, it doesn't make face look oily!

SSU's Final Scoop
I am a big fan of Maybelline's BB Stick that has been discontinued now. Afterwards, I used one more stick from Lotus Herbals with a hope that it would be as good as Maybelline's. But it actually turned the skin dark because it oxidized as hell. I actually discontinued using it.
But after reading Sakshi's review of this Colorbar stick, I am planning to give it a try. Why? because a great makeup product like these sticks for the face which have multipurpose usage, looks chic and easy to carry around makes us more feminine, more beautiful and it also makes our bag look better. :D Plus I vouch for such products because they make our Natural Makeup looks extra elegant!!Talking about Bobbi Brown, next time when I am in Sephora, I'd swatch and decide how good that it!
