This option is a little healthier as compared to instant noodles...

Hung Curd and Veggie Grilled Sandwiches and Pasta Sandwiches...
You need
1 cup hung curd made from 500 gms fresh yogurt2 cups chopped veggies finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage ,chives etcsalt ,white pepper ,mustard powder and honey to tasteleftover pasta , chives ,basil etccheese slicessliced White or Brown breadbutter or canola oil to grease the grill plates
Hang the yogurt in a cheese cloth and set aside overnight. Carefully peel back the cloth and use the cheesy yogurt left behind. The liquid whey collected under is light and full of nutrients. I like it as it is,you can add sugar and or salt and drink that. Refreshing and yumm...Mix mustard an honey into this and keep till you chop the veggies or convince yours and your own to eat healthy. Mix the veggies and herbs in and season to taste.
Heat the grill and grease the plates with butter or canola oil .
This is what it should look like.
The extras...Place the pasta on one slice of bread and spread some salt and herbs.
Place a cheese slice and cover with a slice of bread.
Sandwich the filling of hung curd mix and place them on the grill plates.
Grill till crisp and ready to eat. Place two sandwiches between the grill plates and grill till crisp.
When done ,remove and cut diagonally and serve with a glass of milk.Healthy and filling ,the sandwiches are a great way to use up leftovers. A nifty idea for tiffin lunches.
Sandwiches always are the best meal.
And with a cup of tea or coffee...
