You are lovable, attractive, adored, focused, a maximizer, and a nurturer. You are your personal strengths and values. When you realize this, you create a world full of joy, happiness, and strength. When your skin begins sagging, children leave for college, and sex drive diminishes, you still have something to hold onto and will remain happy and in control.
In short, when you’re happy, grounded, and have a sense of control in life, you are relaxed and enjoying your life. In this state, you are able to successfully manage your weight and love your body for ALL that it is. This is weight loss success at its best!!!
